More Than 300 Theaters Sign On for ‘The Interview’

More than 300 theaters have opted to screen “The Interview,” including screens in most major cities, Sony Pictures told Deadline.com.

The number is more than expected, given the late notice and since Sony is finishing plans to also release “The Interview” via VOD and streaming, the story reports.

The theaters lined up to show “The Interview” on Dec. 25 ahead of a 6 p.m. PT deadline Tuesday, the piece notes. Some theaters said they were concerned about getting their requests in on time or receiving confirmation.

“So far, it’s been a strong response from moviegoers too. An hour after Sony announced that ‘The Interview’ would be getting a limited release, one of the first theaters unveiled, Alamo Drafthouse’s One Loudoun location in Ashburn, Va., had sold out its Thursday showing,” Deadline adds.

  1. Nor will we remember anyone writing to the Inbox about them. This should lessen a bit of Annie’s power without incinerating her overall strengths. Walk past him and through the door to the next security room.

  2. Link exchange is nothing else however it is just placing the other person’s weblog link on your page at appropriate place and other person will also do same in support of you.
