“A mystery buyer has set a New York record, paying more than $100 million for a duplex occupying the top floors — the 89th and 90th — of a skyscraper on “Billionaires’ Row,’’ wrote Jennifer Gould Kiel in the New York Post.

The building, on West 57th St., is known as ONE57. According to Gizmodohhhh, the two floors occupy 10,923-square-feet.

Keil notes that “The previous record was set in 2012, according to Web-site Streeteasy, when a Russian fertilizer czar bought the penthouse at 15 Central Park West that had been owned by ex-Citigroup honcho Sandy Weil. It cost the manure magnate $88 million.”
