A comedy series has been grounded after two seasons on cable. The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed reports that TBS pulled the plug on “Ground Floor.”
The workplace comedy, executive produced by Bill Lawrence, aired its final episode Feb. 10.
“The decision comes nearly two weeks after TBS granted its cast options to explore pilots in second position to the comedy. Star Skylar Austin, who has the sequel to ‘Pitch Perfect’ due later this year, has been drawing several offers this season,” THR reports.
TBS also recently canceled “Men at Work” and “Sullivan & Son.”
