AT&T filed a complaint with the FCC charging that Madison Square Garden-owner Cablevision is engaging in anti-competitive practices by blocking access to HD programming featuring its sports teams, Broadcasting & Cable reports, citing Reuters.

Cablevision countered that AT&T subscribers already get all the MSG games, and that the HD feed is “a product of many years of technological development and investment.”
