Neil MacNeil, who was among the first television correspondents covering Congress, died of lung cancer on Saturday in Bethesda, Md., the New York Times reports. He was 85. MacNeil appeared on “Washington Week in Review,” which was produced by WETA-TV in Washington, the newspaper says.
