Jon Voight will join the cast of “24” to play the arch-enemy of Kiefer Sutherland’s Jack Bauer, the Hollywood Reporter says. Mr. Voight’s character will be introduced during the two-hour prequel to the series’ seventh season scheduled to air Nov. 23. The Oscar winner last appeared on a TV series when he regularly guested on “Gunsmoke” in the 1960s.
