Williams’ story broke in early January when he was discovered asking for handouts at an intersection in Columbus, Ohio, and then became an Internet sensation after a video showcasing his “golden voice” was posted online.
The hour-long examination of Williams’ life will look at how his life before homelessness, his decline into addiction, his sudden emergence as a media star and his continuing struggle with addiction.
