Golden-Voiced Homeless Man to Be Subject of TV Documentary

The rags-to-riches-to-rehab story of Ted Williams will be retold in an episode of Bio’s "Biography," reports the L.A. Times.

Williams’ story broke in early January when he was discovered asking for handouts at an intersection in Columbus, Ohio, and then became an Internet sensation after a video showcasing his “golden voice” was posted online.

The hour-long examination of Williams’ life will look at how his life before homelessness, his decline into addiction, his sudden emergence as a media star and his continuing struggle with addiction.
