Matthew Singerman has gone from a consultant to an executive position with ReelzChannel,  Deadline.com reports. Singerman has been named senior vice president of programming, the story says.

Singerman was instrumental in "The Kennedys" miniseries winding up on ReelzChannel after TV Guide Network backed out of the deal. That high-profile production helped generate attention and viewership for ReelzChannel.

Singerman’s credits also include executive producing the "Fox & Friends" program for Fox News from 2000-2005.
