"I’m sitting here with my agent Perry Rogers. He just gave me some good news. A certain network wants to hire me," Shaquille O’Neal said, according to the piece, before singing the end of ESPN’s "SportsCenter" theme music.

O’Neal was set to make a formal announcement today at a press conference, the story notes.
