CBS has tapped a correspondent for Oprah Winfrey’s OWN cable network as the host of a new reality show, reports TVNewser.com.

OWN’s Lisa Ling, a former ABC and CNN correspondent, will host a show called "The Job," the story says. The pilot is being produced by Mark Burnett.

The show will track five qualified candidates who compete for a job at a well-known company, according to the piece, with a new batch of contestants in each episode.
