ABC News President David Westin secured the network an interview with General David Petraeus, the U.S. commander in Iraq, before his hearing with Congress this week by visiting him personally in Baghdad in February, the New York Times reports. Mr. Westin has gotten ABC exclusive interviews in Cuba and North Korea in the past six years by making personal visits there, the newspaper says.
