MTV will release its international high-def channel, MTV Networks HD, on Sept. 15, Daily Variety reports. The new HD channel will debut in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland and Sweden with 24 hours of English-language programming. Service will extend to other European countries and Latin America by year’s end, the trade says.
