The BBC has debuted a new version of its “World News” program created especially for U.S. PBS affiliates, Daily Variety reports. The half-hour news show has been sold in 46 of the top 50 markets, the trade says. The new version, now hosted by Mike Embley who replaces Alistair Yates, can also be viewed online.
