Michael Teicher, executive VP, Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution, was named chairman of the Syndicated Network Television Association, the group said Monday. Mr. Teicher succeeds Howard Levy, executive VP, Buena Vista Television. Also named to the board were Clark Morehouse, senior VP, advertising sales, Tribune Entertainment Co.; and Dave Barrington, senior VP, general sales manager, Twentieth Television.
