Michael Seligman has been named the supervising producer of next year’s Academy Awards telecast, Daily Variety reports. Seligman has been associated with the telecast for 32 years and is also a veteran of the annual Emmy Awards telecast. Most recently Seligman served as producer of the broadcast networks’ “Stand Up to Cancer” live telethon. The 81st annual Academy Awards will be aired live Feb. 22 on ABC.
