Following a big litigation award against EchoStar, digital video recording company TiVo has posted a net profit of $100.6 million during its third quarter, Reuters reports. During the same time a year ago, the company posted an $8.3 million loss. The company also announced it ended the quarter at roughly 1.7 million subscriptions. Gross subscriber additions were at 44,000, compared to 69,000 a year ago, Reuters says.
