The launch of digital network .2 (pronounced dot-two) has been moved from December to the spring, Broadcasting & Cable reports. February’s national transition to digital television and the state of the economy are the network’s primary reasons for delaying the entertainment network’s debut. Not enough affiliate partners have been signed up for the fledgling network, which also contributed to the postponement, admits senior VP-COO Clark Morehouse.
