New York’s WNBC is preparing to start its 24-hour news channel, an effort being watched with skepticism and interest by other New York channels, the New York Post reports. WNBC hasn’t announced an exact start date for the channel, which will replace WNBC’s Weather Plus cable network, the Post says.
