CBS’ pilot “Waiting to Die” has cast T.J. Miller and Nick Thune in the two lead roles in the comedy about two guys who are happy with their lives even when things appear bad, the Hollywood Reporter says. NBC’s untitled Justin Adler comedy pilot has hired Leslie Bibb and John Michael Higgins in lead roles, while ABC’s untitled comedy presentation with Christian comedian Anita Renfroe has tapped Ryan Stiles, the trade paper says.
