New York may add $350 million to its existing television and film production tax credit program under a budget agreement that’s set for a vote by Wednesday, the Hollywood Reporter says. Still, the new funding will likely run out in less than a year and may not attract new shows or retain existing shows such as “30 Rock,” the trade paper says.
