The first shows championed by NBC’s new chief programmer Angela Bromstad, “Southland” and “Parks & Recreation,” go on the air Thursday night, the Los Angeles Times says. As the fourth executive in 19 months to hold the job at the last-place network, Ms. Bromstad has her work cut out for her. “She inherited a tough situation,” producer Dick Wolf tells the paper, describing Bromstad as “a professional . . . who leaves people alone so they can do their jobs.”
