NBC announced it has placed a series order for a new prime-time series that is likely to become a contender in the hot reality genre of dance competitions. The program, “World of Dance,” comes from Jennifer Lopez’s Nuyorican Productions and Universal Television Alternative Studios.

J-Lo announced auditions for the series in a video posted Tuesday, which you can see below. Contestants will be competing for a grand prize of $1 million.
