The “Good Morning America” team on ABC welcomed back one of the show’s stalwarts today, with Lara Spencer returning after a hiatus that included hip replacement surgery.

Spencer appeared energetic and eager to get back to work, announcing her plan to pass along her cane to a viewer who might need it more than she does.
