ABC News named Jeremy Hubbard co-anchor of “World News Now” and “America This Morning,” Daily Variety reports. Mr. Hubbard was a Chicago-based correspondent for ABC affiliate news service NewsOne before joining the parent network in July, the newspaper says.

Wow – it’s so amazing to see Jeremy where he is today. I attend junior high and high school with him. What a great guy! He is genuine through and through and will be a huge asset to ABC. I’d love to re-connect and catch up.
