Groupe TVA, Canada’s largest French-language broadcaster, acquired the 80% of French pay-per-view network Canal Indigo it didn’t already own, Daily Variety reports. Groupe TVA bought out stakes owned by Viewers Choice Canada, TQS and Cogeco Radio-Television for financial terms that weren’t disclosed, the newspaper says.
