Fox Television says it won’t pay a $91,000 indecency fine imposed by the Federal Communications Commission for a 2003 “Married by America” episode showing contestants licking whipped cream off of strippers, Daily Variety reports. The FCC had dropped the fine from $1.2 million, or $7,000 for each of Fox’s 169 stations, the newspaper says.
