Endemol USA acquired a 51% stake in 51 Minds Entertainment, which produces reality shows such as “Flavor of Love” and “I Love New York,” Daily Variety reports. The potential value of the transaction, depending on 51 Minds hitting certain financial targets, may be as much as $200 million, the newspaper says.
