The Screen Actors Guild and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers are planning to meet April 15 to discuss a new labor contract, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The movement toward negotiations comes after SAG and AFTRA decided to negotiate separately with the producers and studios who comprise the AMPTP. AFTRA hasn’t set a time to talk with the AMPTP, the newspaper says.
