Sweden’s TV4 Loses Nobels Over Censorship

The Nobel Foundation pulled Swedish broadcaster TV4’s exclusive rights to air the foundation’s prize ceremony after it said the broadcaster allowed a China station to censor foundation chairman Marcus Storch’s remarks at the December 2007 ceremony, Daily Variety reports. TV4 denies violating any contract while the foundation may return the broadcasting rights to network Swedish Television, the newspaper says.
