Several Hispanic and Spanish-language networks are taking a nod from the major broadcasters and scaling down on their upfront presentations, Multichannel News notes. Among the networks with changes, NBC Universal’s Telemundo and mun2 will join NBC at its upfront event on May 12, rather than hosting a large-scale presentation that drew 1,200 guests last year. Azteca America plans on doing a cross-country tour. Univision will focus on data and research at its May 14 luncheon.
