AFTRA-Studio Labor Talks Progress

The American Federation of Television & Radio Artists made progress in its eighth day of talks with the studios and may continue negotiations through the weekend, Daily Variety reports. AFTRA is believed to be more likely to have an agreement with the studios than the Screen Actors Guild before both actors-union contracts expire next month, the newspaper says.
