The Associated Press has joined with news networks ABC, Fox News Channel, CNN and CBS in a suit against a South Dakota law, which they claim infringes on speech and their ability to gather information and report on elections, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The law prevents exit polling within 100 feet of a polling place, the newspaper says.
