Fox’s “American Idol” had Tuesday night’s highest ratings, up from No. 2 a week earlier, while “Hell’s Kitchen” matched its record ratings, the Hollywood Reporter says. ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars,” which won the previous Tuesday, came in second while “NCIS” and “Shark” led CBS to a third-place network finish, the newspaper reports.
