“American Idol” judge Paula Abdul, who on Tuesday’s show made comments about a performance that yet to take place, admitted that the judges sometimes view parts of the contestants’ dress rehearsal and factor them into their comments, the New York Times reports. Ms. Abdul said in a radio interview that she mixed up performances from the dress rehearsal, which takes place about two hours before the show, and from the live show, the newspaper says.
