No Royalties for ‘Grand Theft Auto IV’ Actor

The actor whose voice and likeness is the basis for the main character of Take-Two Interactive’s “Grand Theft Auto IV” was paid about $100,000 for his work on the sales-record setting game and will receive no residuals, the New York Times reports. Michael Hollick, the actor, said the Screen Actors Guild doesn’t make provisions for residuals from work on video games and other electronic media, the newspaper says.
