The Screen Actors Guild and the Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers will resume talks over a new labor contract this month after the studios invited the guild back to the negotiating table by May 28, Daily Variety reports. Previous talks for renewal of SAG’s contract, which expires next month, broke down May 6 after 18 days of negotiations, the newspaper says.
