The TV season that concluded this week left viewers unhappy with how shows performed after the writers strike, but equally unhappy that those runs were so short, USA Today says. Some series, including ABC’s “Ugly Betty,” “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Lost” aired their finales after the official end of the season, the paper notes.
