Chuck Lorre, the writer behind “Two and a Half Men” and other comedies, is reaching out to fans in a new way, using so-called “vanity cards” at the end of the show’s credits to write notes about subjects ranging from family issues to network executives, the Wall Street Journal reports. The cards are shown for only two seconds but can be frozen and read by TV watchers with digital-video recorders, the Journal says.

I’ve been freezing for years! The cards are quite insightful – funny – and wonderfully written…. Worth reading… Thank you Chuck!
