Francis Capra will join the cast of NBC’s “Heroes” in a recurring role, TV Guide reports. His character, the villainous Jesse, will cross paths with Peter Petrelli, the magazine says. Capra’s casting could lead to a reunion with former “Veronica Mars” co-star Kristen Bell, who plays Elle on the NBC drama, the magazine notes.
