CBS is expected to take in $2.5 billion at an average 8% cost-per-thousand-viewers increase as it nears the end of its prime-time upfront, Mediaweek reports. The total, which excludes the prime-time NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship inventory, is $50 million more than last year, the newspaper says. The network has sold 80%-85% of its ad inventory, the newspaper notes.
