No Chance of Revival for ‘Moonlight’

Last-ditch efforts to save CBS’ “Moonlight” have been unsuccessful, despite every possible avenue being explored, the Hollywood Reporter says, citing unnamed sources. The show’s sets have been dismantled, the newspaper says.

  1. Not so fast! The THR blog that started this rumor said “sources close to the show”. Well, when contacted, other “sources close to the show” said the THR blog is incorrect.
    The sets are struck? Yep, happened a month ago. Negotiations have ended? Some have, but there were more than one set of negotiations going on. Which one is the article referring to? In other words, the article didn’t say anything we didn’t already know.
    Until Joel Silver publically steps up and announces he’s quit working on a deal, the series’ fans will continue working to find a home for Moonlight.
