ABC Daytime President Brian Frons said there have been talks with SoapNet to spin off “One Life to Live” for prime-time, the Knoxville News Sentinel reports. SoapNet, which has been successful with spinoff “General Hospital: Nightshift,” also is considering a spinoff of “The Young and the Restless,” the newspaper says.
