Endeavor, the talent agency headed by Ari Emanauel, model for the Ari character in HBO’s “Entourage,” has been smoothing its rough frat house edges to show it has staying power, the New York Times says. The 13-year-old agency ranks No. 1 in television deals, the paper says, citing fivires from TVtracker.com and is looking to boost its business as digital media takes hold of the industry. While there has been speculation the agency is being primed for a sale, Endeavor’s partners say no transaction is in the works.
