Bill Clears $65 Mil for DTV

The House Energy and Commerce Committee passed a bill that would free up $65 million in funds for the DTV transition, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The money, which will be made available Feb. 17, will be used to help low-power stations make the transition, the newspaper says.
