NBC Universal has made a deal with Technicolor for the international distribution of its channels, freeing the company to focus on channel and program development, the Hollywood Reporter says. Technicolor will also take over the Denver-based broadcast distribution facility NBCU acquired when it bought Sparrowhawk Holdings and its pay TV channels, the newspaper notes.
