CBS-owned independent station KTXA in Dallas-Fort Worth will conduct an analog signal switch-off test on July 23 between 7 and 9 p.m., TVNewsday reports. Engineers will shut off the station’s analog transmitter for about 15 seconds, during which only viewers with DTV-ready TVs will be able to view the station’s broadcast, the Web site says.
