The fate of ABC’s “Nightline” is up in the air as Jay Leno flirts with joining ABC after departing NBC’s “Tonight Show,” the Hollywood Reporter says. “Nightline,” however, has been growing in the ratings game and has served as an effective lead-in to “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” the trade paper says.
