Broadcast television has bested newspapers in ad sales for the first time in U.S. history, according to Reuters. In a study released Tuesday, the research firm Veronis Suhler Stevenson placed broadcast television in the No. 1 spot for national advertising media and noted
significant growth in Internet ad sales.
