Sophina Brown, seen previously on “Shark,” will be joining the “Numb3rs” cast as a series regular, reports TV Guide. Brown will play new agent Nikki Betancourt, an ex-LAPD officer armed with a law degree. The season premiere of the CBS drama will air Oct. 3.
